...Once upon a time....some 200 000 000 years ago...
Dinopark Funtana is the first amusement and theme park in Croatia where the life-size dinosaurs are the main topic. The remains of dinosaurs have been found in Istria, and thus became part of the story of our peninsula.
Take a journey into the distant past and experience both visually and acoustically these awesome creatures that ruled the earth for millions of years .
Be prepared to meet the scarriest creatures of that era.
In the 21 century word extinct does not necessarily mean that one can not become "alive" again. Thanks to the latest computer technology, our dinosaurs are even able to move. Some of our exhibits are designed and made by the companies that participated in the film and documentary production.
Walk the wooden pedestrian paths through the beautiful karst forest with rocky gorge landscape, the magnificent giants of the past, and have an unforgettable experience.
Beside these Dinopark can provide a wide range of a different kind of entertainment. In our Show arena with 800 seats, variete, circus and magic shows are performed daily. In the Arena there are the internet café, self-service restaurant, dino cinema, children's playground, a museum with dinosaur fossil remains. In the open air there are kids train, trampolines, air castles, carousels. You are invited to see the daily performance of the motorcycle ride on 25m high wire performed by a group of "Flying Devils".
Dinopark Funtana offers exciting trails in the beautiful countryside and a rich entertainment program for the visitors of all ages. One thing is certain, the era of dinosaurs in Istria is just beginning. We would be delighted to welcome you in our park.
Adult ticket fee: 100,00 Kn.
Children ticket fee: 80,00 Kn.
Note: Use of the fun activities for children and all performances are included in the ticket fee.
Taking photos and filming are allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash.
